How your apprenticeship is delivered

The Senior Leader Higher Apprenticeship is a flexible programme that has been designed to fit around an apprentice's busy professional and personal lives. It has been constructed so that your business will benefit from maximum impact with minimum disruption.

An 18-month programme, with a 3-6 month End Point Assessment, apprentices are required to commit to 20% of working time over the apprenticeship duration for engagement with the programme.

To support busy working parents, delivery will not take place during main school holidays.

There are no assessments during the 18-month programme. Instead, apprentices develop a learning portfolio which is, in essence, a record of what they learn in the classroom and how they apply this in their workplace.
