Why did you choose Northumbria University?
I CHOSE NORTHUMBRIA BECAUSE A FRIEND RECOMMENDED ME TO STUDY THERE, ALSO I RESEARCHED ABOUT THE CAMPUS AND IT TURNED OUT TO HAVE SOME OF THE MOST MODERN FACILITIES IN THE UK, WITH ONE OF THE BEST BUSINESS FACULTIES IN THE WORLD.
What do you most like about Newcastle, and how do you find the city?
WHAT I LIKED THE MOST ABOUT NEWCASTLE WAS THE CLOSENESS OF EVERYTHING AND THAT EVERY DAY IS A NEW EXPERIENCE, FOR EXAMPLE, ONE DAY WE WENT TO THE BEACH AND ON THAT SAME DAY THERE WAS A FESTIVAL ON THE STREETS AND A CONCERT IN THE RUINS OF A CASTLE, WE COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE, A NICE VIEW OF THE SEE WITH GREAT MUSIC, WITH THE COMPANY OF NEW FRIENDS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
THE COST OF LIVING IN NEWCASTLE WASN’T THAT EXPENSIVE AS I EXPECTED, YOU CAN HAVE A GOOD MEAL WITHOUT SPENDING ALL YOUR MONEY, IT IS A REALLY STUDENT FRIENDLY CITY, WITH MANY STUDENT DISCOUNTS AS WELL.
If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?
That they take the opportunity, it is a unique experience where they will not only get tons of knowledge about the course they take, but also they will get to enjoy everything that Newcastle has to offer, even giving them the opportunity of meeting new people from all over the world.
