Fees and Funding 2026/27 Entry
UK Fee in Year 1:
£9,790
* In relation to fees for UK students: £9,790 is the tuition fee. The remaining fees relate to the International Soccer Academy, and accommodation fees.
Tuition fees in the academic year 2027/28* will be £10,050 (subject to Parliamentary approval, along with 2026/27 fees) Fees are set in line with the UK Government's tuition fee cap. The University may increase fees in subsequent years in line with any changes to the tuition fee cap. Increases will be linked to inflation. For example, increases may be linked to RPIX (Retail Price Index excluding mortgage interest payments) Students will be notified of any increase ahead of it taking effect. Student fee loans rise in line with the tuition fees cap.

International Fee in Year 1:
£19,850
This is the tuition fee for your first year of study. You should expect to pay tuition fees for every year of study. The University may increase fees in the second and subsequent years of your course at our discretion in line with any inflationary or other uplift. Students will be notified of any increase ahead of it taking effect.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Throughout the course students are be expected to pay for the printing of work and purchase of specialist equipment. The university provides regular and large format printing facilities at preferential rates, however students may wish to print final work externally, allow for a printing budget of £50-£100 per year.
Equipment costs will include: A3 layout and A3 trace pads, drawing pens, scalpels, scale rule, steel rule, tape measure (min. 5m), shape templates. These will vary in cost and as a guide can range from approximately £300-£500 over the duration of the 3 year programme. Materials and resources required to meet the fundamental requirements of any assessment brief are provided by the programme at no additional cost to students. Where additional materials are desired, these are to be purchased by the student.
There are optional field trips that students are encouraged to participate in and as a guide these have previously included destinations such as London, Manchester, Berlin, and New York. Approximate associated costs of £250-£1500 to cover travel and accommodation, plus subsistence. Students should also budget for final year graduate exhibitions, including preparation of work to exhibit, travel, accommodation and subsistence. Exhibition fees are typically paid for by the institution.
The University provides access to computers and software, though it is recommended that students have their own laptops – minimum recommended specs are Intel i5, 16GB RAM, Nvidia 4GB VRAM graphics (or equivalent), 15" screen minimum (cost varies depending upon type of machine, £600 - £2800). Software skills are taught on PC versions of software, so a PC laptop allows more direct translation of teaching, however MacBooks of equivalent spec are acceptable. iPads/tablets are not recommended as a substitute for a laptop. A quality standard-type mouse is also highly recommended, approx. £20 (avoid Apple Magic Mouse). An external hard drive (£50) and optional SD camera memory card (£15) are also recommended.
All core software is provided by the programme, this includes Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, SketchUp + Podium. If other software packages are desired, you may use these but you will be responsible for license costs.
