The Ribston Limited Scholarships

This information is for BSc (Hons) Real Estate students enrolling in September 2026.

“Ribston are really pleased to be able to provide financial assistance to the students at Northumbria, not least given the current climate. We are great supporters of those coming into our sector who continue to bring ideas, enthusiasm and diversity. It’s a great scheme operated by Northumbria and we are very happy to be able to play our part in it. We’d wish all students good luck and success in their studies and careers thereafter” James Havery, Director

Ribston Limited have pledged to support and establish four Undergraduate scholarships aligned to Northumbria’s Higher Education Without Barriers Campaign.  Through the HEWB Fund, Northumbria are providing a range of financial initiatives to make participation and progression in higher education more achievable for academically talented students regardless of their social or economic circumstances.

The scholarships will award four BSc (Hons) Real Estate students a total of £4,000, paid in instalments* throughout years one, two and three.  This additional support will help students focus on their studies and assist with budgeting.  All eligible self-funded students will be short listed and considered.
