Matthieu | He/Him | Undergraduate Content Creator | Mass Communication BA
Hi there, my name is Matthieu, I'm 20 years old and I'm part of the Digital Content Creator team at Northumbria University.
I’m a French student who arrived in Newcastle in September to study for one year as part of the Erasmus exchange program. I'm following the Mass Communication bachelor program with classes in advertising, public relations, and media methodology. I am really interested in my studies because they are directly linked to my activity as a content creator on social media.
In my spare time, I also like to sing and I even got to release my first song on a music platform last year. My studies helped me publicise this project and I am proud to have managed it on my own.
I’m so glad to be able to study in another country because it offers a real chance to discover another culture and to meet new people. That’s also why I decided to apply to Northumbria, a university with many international students and with a vibrant student life on campus that allows you to meet a lot of people. I would be happy to share most of my experience here with you throughout the year.
