Capita BusinessWise Programme

A Postgraduate Leadership and Innovation Programme at level 7 for staff from Capita Local Government, Health and Property - an existing client of CED. For their technical staff, such as building surveyors, civil engineers, architects with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for successful leadership and managerial careers and business performance with Capita P&I.

A Postgraduate Leadership and Innovation Development Programme for Capita Local Government, Health and Property staff. BusinessWise is designed to give a more holistic approach to your development, allowing you to acquire key business and leadership skills in addition to the technical training you may also be undertaking and to support your progression towards achieving chartered status; if appropriate. We want our graduates to be the best. We believe that BusinessWise will help you to fast-track your career with our company and will open your eyes to new concepts, ideas and ways of working.

 

The programme will be delivered by leaders in their field. Lecturers from the Northumbria University will supply you with the theoretical background to a range of skills which are important to our business and mentors from Capita will help you to apply the theory directly in the workplace. BusinessWise will also give you the opportunity to network with other graduates from around the business and share your experiences.

The programme will comprise two 30 credit modules at level 7, delivered over a two year period. The programme will commence with induction on Tuesday 13th October 2015.
