What are you doing now?:

I am now working in nursing education and clinical care.

What was it about Northumbria that made you decide to study here?

The international community was great. Also the cultural diversity of the North East society is unique.

What was it like studying at Northumbria?

The feedback was great and our program leader was awesome and helpful Northumbria lecturers are brilliant and they know their teaching area thoroughly. I learnt valuable lessons from them.

How connected was your course with industry?

Absolutely connected, I was able to the transfer knowledge I gained at Northumbria into my job role after graduating.

What was the best thing about your course?

It is so helpful for career growth.

How did studying at Northumbria help you achieve your career goals/ give your career an edge?

It helped me to get a job and be a better person, however, I do have the ambition to want to eventually be an entrepreneur and hopefully, equipped with my education, this will happen.

Which skills/knowledge did you learn on your course that you use most now throughout your career?

Nursing in the 21st century was a course that really helped. Critical thinking and analysis also helped me to think and see things differently.

What did you enjoy most about your time at Northumbria University?

The academic conferences are the best ever.

What advice would you give somebody who is considering studying at Northumbria?

To go for it and make a change.

How would you describe your time at Northumbria in three words?

Life changing experience.
