What are you doing now?Dominika Cudak

I am a Trainee Solicitor in a commercial law firm.

What was it about Northumbria that made you decide to study here?

The MLaw course was truly unique in that it allowed me to complete an undergraduate Law degree and exempted me from having to do the LPC, The integrated course was four years.

What was it like studying at Northumbria?

I really enjoyed my four years at Northumbria, the course was fantastic and the University has so much to offer from fantastic societies to great part time work opportunities.

How connected was your course with industry?

I was offered a one week work placement in the local employment and immigration tribunal as an award for my results, I also learned a lot from the careers and employability service and secured work experience and a vocation scheme. Work in the Student Law Centre (SLO) was also a great experience.

How would you describe your time at Northumbria in three words?

Fun, insightful and inspirational.
