Mr George William Kemish

Why you wanted to go into this career and the path you took to achieve it:

I started out as a Clerk in an office that was responsible for personnel administration and progressed to management status over a period of 8 years, becoming a personnel manager, and then moving into internal consultancy, training and quality continuous improvement - improving the quality of HR practices and processes. I am now responsible for manpower planning, resourcing and deployment; although I have took time out from HR to work as a Business Manager/Bursar in the Education Sector for a time.  My intention is to start my own Management Consultancy once my current employment contract expires (in November 2016).

What are you doing now?

HR Business Partner
