The National Aged Military Veterans Conference will be held on Thursday 2nd October, 09.00-16.00. The conference, held at the National Army Museum, London, is delivered in partnership with The Northern Hub for Veterans and Military Families Research, Northumbria University, and the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
This inaugural conference marks the beginning of an annual event dedicated to advancing research with aged veterans across the UK. It will highlight the critical importance of understanding the unique challenges faced by this population and showcase world-leading research in the field. The conference will serve as a platform to set intentions for future work, fostering collaboration among researchers, policymakers, and support organisations to drive meaningful change.
