Paolo Gerli - Newcastle Business School

Doctoral Researcher and member of Northumbria's Digital Economy and Innovation Research Group Paolo Gerli was interviewed by Wired magazine for a news article about the Labour party's plans for state-owned broadband.

He was quoted in the article which was published in the run-up to the general election and set out how the failure of BT and its competitors shows why state intervention may be needed when it comes to broadband.
