Phill Morgan Henshaw

Deputy Director of Nursing, Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust

On completion of my training I have spent my clinical career working in a range of mental health settings, ranging from secondary care rehabilitation through to primary care liaison. During my time as a primary care liaison I became interested in the application of specialist mental health focused NMP within general practice, subsequently joining the register as an NMP. As my knowledge and experience developed I became a governance lead for NMP within the Trust and further developed this role as a county wide lead when my base changed. Since joining Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust as the Deputy Director of Nursing I have jointly led on NMP development for the Trust.
