The application form can be completed in stages, and saved by clicking the save button at the end of each section of the form. Please ensure that you review any help text for questions you are unsure of and complete the application form as accurately as you can.
There are questions and sections where information is mandatory – please note that you must complete these sections with relevant information before you can save and submit the overall application. Please refer to the Icon Guide at the left hand side of the application form. You will be required to upload documents in certain sections of the application form, suitable document files are JPEG, JPG, PDF and PNG file extensions.
Once your application has been fully completed, you will have the opportunity to review your information and documents. If all of your information and documents are correct, you can submit your application.
You will receive an email confirming that your application has been successfully submitted. Once your application has been submitted, you can no longer amend it.
