Agent Network

Northumbria's global community includes our network of Agents all across the world. We work collaboratively with our Agents and Recruitment Partners, to be as supportive and responsible as possible to prospective students who are considering studying with us.

Northumbria has staff based in five key overseas countries and works with over 150 Recruitment Partners in more than 30 markets. With the help of our Agent and Recruitment Partners, we have enrolled over 34,000 students at our campuses and at our TNE partners across the world.

If you have a specific question or wish to contact Northumbria, please view our Contact Us Form where you will find answers to Frequently Asked Questions and can contact relevant teams.

If you are interested in becoming an Agent with Northumbria University please complete the Agent & Representative Application Form. Following submission of an application, a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

We greatly value the contribution of our overseas Agents and Representatives who play an important role in helping us to become one of the UK's most successful Universities. The work our representatives do; representing Northumbria and promoting the University to potential students is of great importance, counselling them, helping them with the application process, guiding them on their visa application and preparing them for their studies in the UK.

We would ask that all our representatives follow the British Council Guide to Good Practice for Education Agents. The code highlights some of the most important things we ask our representatives to do and it should be read in conjunction with the Representative Agreement.

We encourage all our Agents and Representatives to visit Northumbria University in person and we are happy to make arrangements for this.

If you would like to visit the Newcastle campus, please get in touch with your aligned Regional Office or contact u1.agent.comms.events@northumbria.ac.uk with the dates you would like to visit and what you would like to see.

Please note: we need at least two weeks notice to plan a visit so please ensure that you leave sufficient time to book your visit.
