At Northumbria you’ll learn in our outstanding facilities rated 'top 5' in the country by the recent Times Higher Education’s Student Experience Survey 2014. You’ll train in the £30 million Sport Central which houses a gym, pool, climbing wall, 40 metre sprint track and state of the art sport science laboratories and play on fantastic outdoor pitches – used by top sportsman and women including Newcastle Falcon.
Your learning will be shaped by the latest thinking in Sport Science which will inspire you to push yourself and your body to its sporting limit. Not only that, but you will be trained by some of the industry’s leading professional coaches, including Team GB gymnastics, swimming , volleyball,Paralympics and more.
