Our AlumniThe 1974 Business School Scholarship will award one Business student £2,000 during the first year of their Undergraduate degree only. The money can be used to enhance the overall university learning experience.
The scholarship was set up by a Business School alumnus to celebrate the 50 year anniversary since he and his cohort graduated in the hope that it enables a talented student to come to Northumbria and achieve their potential, creating their own lifetime of memories. This cohort was one of the very first to study Business Studies at Newcastle Business School. Some of this cohort, now spread across the globe, recently came back together to visit Northumbria and rekindle memories created so long ago.
Eligibility Criteria
Students who meet at least one of the following characteristics will be considered;

There is a competitive selection process for this scholarship scheme. Applicants need to apply via online written application. In no more than 3000 characters (500 words) - 'How will this Award support your aspirations to succeed in Higher Education?' - applications will be considered on the strength of response against a marking criteria
