David -brazierThis research looks to expand the areas of Information Behaviour and Information Retrieval by exploring the ideas of information seeking as an activity and expanding on the work of search query formulation through ‘learning by example’ by adapting methods of improving the users abilities and knowledge through the following aim: Investigate how non-native users search for information, how this differs from native web users, and how this might be supported by the search system.
