Getting Here on Open Day

Newcastle upon Tyne is a regional capital and is just two hours and forty minutes away from London by the fastest rail service, whilst Edinburgh is only an hour and a half away.

Where we are

By Road

Road travel, by coach or car, is particularly easy as Newcastle stands on the premier north-south route in the UK. Once in Newcastle itself, the extensive local public transport system, including the Tyne and Wear Metro (Tyneside's own underground), makes getting around very easy.

Postcode for City Campus West: NE1 8ST

Postcode for City Campus East: NE1 2SW

The A1(M) passes through Newcastle upon Tyne, linking the area to London, the South, Scotland and major routes across the country. The A69 links west to Carlisle, the Lake District and, via the M6, to the South and West of England.

Central car parks are situated only a short distance from both routes and are well signposted.

The closest large car park is the NCP car park on John Dobson Street, we often have discounted 'all day' rates available for this car park during open days - please check with us before travelling.
