Join our Clearing VIP Event with help towards your travel costs.

Before deciding on a university through Clearing, you may want to get a feel for the campus, ask questions, and talk to staff, and there is no better way to do this than by coming along to our Clearing VIP Pop-up Event on Thursday 7th August 2025

We understand that traveling to events can be expensive, so we want to make sure you have every opportunity to visit our Clearing Pop-up Event by offering a contribution towards your travel costs. If you are travelling from outside of our regional postcodes (those beginning with NE, SR, DH, DL or TS), you can claim up to the value of £40 towards your travel costs.

To claim your support for travel expenses, please complete this form (downloads as .xlsx file) with the relevant information. Please note, you should not make a claim until after you have attended the Event and remember to attach evidence of your travel booking (ticket or receipt) with your claim.

For any additional queries about the event or support for travel expenses, please contact us at ug.events@northumbria.ac.uk.
