New PhD Opportunities

 

We are currently advertising for 6 University-funded bursaries and 1 international PhD funded as part of a Marie Curie Doctoral Network.

The Marie Curie project focuses on rural entrepreneurship, and particularly the experiences of women entrepreneurs in rural areas. It is part of the EPHEMERAL network and will provide opportunities for secondments in the Netherlands and Portugal as well as other international training activities. Full details are here.

 

Among the University-funded projects are opportunities to study social franchising as a pathway to inclusive development; to explore the role of transport as a driver of urban productivity; Regional labour market challenges out emerging forms of outdoor-based entrepreneurship.
