Creative Fuse North East is supported by: European Regional Development Fund, Northern Powerhouse & Arts and Humanities Research Council

PARTICIPANT DEBRIEF

What was the purpose of the project?

By engaging with members of academic institutions we are able to gain insights and understanding into what knowledge exchange means in respect of the academy. Through this project we aim to investigate further the role of knowledge exchange in stimulating innovation, particularly where academies engage with partners in the CCDIT industry sectors.

Your participation in this study has provided a valuable contribution by allowing us to gather examples of knowledge exchange activities, as well as developing a sense of what the academy considers most important in such activities. The information that we have gathered with you helps us to understand what interventions can be collaboratively designed and tested to develop new ways engender effective knowledge exchange practices.

How will I find out about the results?

Following the conclusion of Phase II of the Creative Fuse North East project, which will be at the end of 2022, a final project report will be produced by the project consortium. This will take a wider view of the overall Creative Fuse North East project and include important insights and findings from across all the activities conducted by the institutions involved.
