Who Is.. Charlie Richardson

Charlie Richardson - Research AssistantCharlie began working as the Innovator in Residence for Northumbria University in November 2019. After graduating from MDI Charlie worked in London as a Content Manager for a Cryptocurrency start-up company. This provided the opportunity to work with many diverse businesses and backgrounds and it is this aspect of innovation that Charlie enjoys the most. Following a successful launch, he returned to the North East to further pursue his passion for Design.

Prior to achieving his MA in Multidisciplinary Innovation Charlie has a strong Design background, completing his undergrad in Design for Industry (BA) at the end of 2017 with a 2:1.

Being involved in the first year of GRTI at Creative Fuse in 2016 as a student, Charlie now works within the team with a key focus on the design, creation, and implementation of both the Get Ready To and Get On and Innovate sessions. Charlie has a strong passion in human centred design and hopes that he will continue along the path of business innovation as he continues his work as part of the Creative Fuse team.
