Alumni Fundraising Telethon 2024 Student callers needed!

Do you enjoy talking to people? Want to develop your skills? Need to earn some extra cash?  

We are looking for students to be part of our Alumni Telethon 2024 calling team. As part of this team, you can make a real difference, talking to our alumni about what it’s like to be a student today, updating them about University news, and asking them to make a donation to support students who are facing tough times. The added bonus is that you can develop your interpersonal skills, get some great work experience for your CV, and all whilst earning some extra cash!   

The Northumbria Alumni Telethon will help us engage and reconnect with our community of over 225,000 graduates around the globe. We’ll be asking them to help us raise funds to support our students as part of the University’s Higher Education Without Barriers Fund. We know that alumni really enjoy talking to current students, hearing about how things have changed in the University and being reminded of their own time as a student.
