We are looking forward to partnering with NEPIC to bring you the first instalment of our 'People 2023' event series. 

Rewriting The Rules - Unlocking People Potential is our first conference of 2023 and will be held on 27th March at Northumbria University. Our event will feature a range of industry leading guest speakers, mini breakout sessions plus coffee and networking opportunities. 

The series will also include 'Lunch & Learn' virtual sessions throughout April with thought leaders on pertinent people topics including; mental health, wellness at work, menopause, return to work, equality & diversity, neuro diversity, occupational psychology and much more!

The challenge to unlocking people's potential and industries responses to this challenge in their organisation/role. Panel featuring industry leaders from Quotient Science, GlaxoSmithKline, Accenture & FIBA.

Breakout Sessions - facilitated by: 

Karen Marshall, Accenture - 'Let there be Change'. 

Radmila Turner, FIBA - ‘From doping and match-fixing to managing bad behaviour, the value of integrity in an organisation’. 

'Making Work Worth Doing' Led by Northumbria University's Professor of Business Ethics, Dr. Alex Hope, this session will explore employee motivation and perspectives on performing and providing meaningful work. Our discussion will focus on how motivation and purpose impact upon employee performance.
