Meeting Venue

The Symposium will take place on the campus of Northumbria University, located near the city center of Newcastle, United Kingdom.  

The address of the venue is: 

Business and Law Building, 12 Falconar St, Shieldfield, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1XA 

  • All oral presentations will take place in Lecture Theatre 002 on the ground floor.
  • All poster presentation will take place in the Foyer space in front of the lecture theatre.

A map with an overview of the wider region and transport links is shown below. Note that locations in Newcastle and Gateshead are connected by an extensive network of trains, metro and buses. Only a part of the metro network is highlighted on the map. A detailed overview of how to get to Newcastle and Northumbria University can be found here
