With a background in strategic marketing, enterprise, and economic development in both the private and public sector, Guy joined Newcastle Business School in 2005 with lecturing responsibility for People Management, Organisation Design and Public Sector Management modules. As Head of Department for the Corporate and Executive Development Centre, Guy leads the strategic development of client led, work based, part time and distance learning awards with an emphasis upon management and leadership development. Research interests include organisational learning, community engagement and innovative office design.
