We recognise that at certain times on your journey as a student with us, you may experience issues either inside or outside of the University which can impact on your studies in some way. These can be course related or more personal issues.
The Specialist Student Support team is here to help resolve a whole range of issues which you may encounter, working closely with other services within the University to ensure an early resolution. This includes, but is not limited to arranging a Short Extension on coursework or assessment period, support to implement a Student Accessibility Plan and offering advice or signposting for personal challenges. No concern is taken lightly, and if it matters to you, it matters to us.
