Two types of scholarship are available through the Santander Universities partnership:
International Postgraduate Scholarships to encourage travel overseas, particularly to Latin American countries.
Mobility Scholarships for students or staff to travel to any of the 20 countries where Santander has a higher education partner.

Santander Universities support Northumbria students and graduate entrepreneurs as well as the small business community in the North East through a variety of competitions and awards, online resources and start up events. Last year Santander funded a Start-Up weekend in March, over 40 students attended the event across 3 days covering the lean start up methodology.

The Santander SME Internship programme 2017/2018 is open to all University of Northumbria students and graduates from 2016 and 2017.
The internships are based with SME'S across a range of sectors. The duration of the internships will vary in length between 2-10 weeks.
