Small Business Leadership Programme

           Small Business Leadership Progamme logos

Our Small Business Leadership Programme (SBLP), is a free, government-funded 10-week training programme for senior leaders in SMEs.

**There's only one cohort remaining with places available to book starting on Tuesday 16th March 2021. Please visit the Delivery Dates page for more information on this cohort and to register for the programme.**

The SBLP focusses on delivering professional leadership development, as well as providing the practical skills necessary to help your business build resilience, tackle any challenges you face during and after Covid-19, and ultimately drive future growth.

A range of our small business experts, including entrepreneurs, business leaders and academics, will deliver this online programme over the course of eight 90-minute, interactive webinars alongside two hours of independent and peer supported learning. As part of a group of business owners and leaders you will also build new networks and share insights and experiences.

Benefits of Taking Part

In a snapshot, we believe this course is hugely beneficial to SMEs right now because:

  • it offers professional development and practical learning – at no cost to the business.
  • it enables SME leaders to build new networks and share cross-sector learning and support (as part of a small regional cohort).
  • it provides access to expertise from a leading business school and, importantly, the programme is delivered by small business experts, including entrepreneurs and experienced SME owners and leaders themselves.

If you are a senior leader in an SME, or if you think the leadership team in your organisation would be interested in this programme, you can find out more about eligibility and register your interest via the links below.
