Future-proofing population and planetary health through Food Science and Nutrition

Increased global populations and changing demographics are expected to continue to put increased pressure of land, water and energy resources on which adequate or ideal food provision rely. The central role of food to positively or negatively human and environmental health is clear. This talk will outline where future opportunities lie for graduates in food and nutrition.
