Business with Management

What course are you studying?

Business with management

Why did you choose to study at Northumbria?

I wanted to be able expand my horizons and leave home. I also wanted to come to England because I love football and it is a lifestyle here so I wanted to be able to experience that.

What inspires you on your course?

What inspires me is the staff because they care so much about our success and want to see us do the best we can. They are always available if we make the time for them and they want us to come to them when we have questions or concerns.

Are you part of any societies, sports teams or been involved in any volunteering projects?

I am apart of the i2i International Soccer Academy which showed me the great university which Northumbria is.

What do you love about Newcastle upon Tyne?

I love the passion the city has for Newcastle United, on match days, it feels like the whole city is buzzing and St. James Park has a wonderful home feel to it. I also really enjoy Pizza Punks.

What would you say is the biggest challenge facing your subject area/ generation? Are you doing anything to tackle this challenge?

My biggest challenge is being able to understand everything and keeping my schedule organised. I am writing everything down on my phone with little reminders to read or do revisions at times of the day that I know I’m available which is working for me.
