What is your favourite place on campus?
The Law Hub. The Law building is my favourite building as it's modern and always busy.
Have you joined any sports teams, clubs or been involved in any volunteer projects? Tells us about the highlights?
I have done several volunteering days with the Law School. It's a great way to meet new friends. One of the people I met on a volunteer day ended up being my flatmate and one of my best friends!
What is the best thing about your course?
The best thing about this course is that it's challenging. It really tests your problem thinking skills and your ability to manage your time. It's a great degree to have as you develop so many different skills, not just learning the law.
What are the most valuable lessons you have learnt to date?
Don't take your time at Uni for granted. Enjoy every second. Time goes far too quickly!
What do you want to do in the future? What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?
I am seeking a career in law. The practical skills I have learned in the student law office will give me an edge over candidates from other Universities.
If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?
Do it. It's an amazing campus and has an amazing reputation. It's been the best four years of my life. I'll never regret choosing Northumbria. Such a lively place in an amazing city.
