Print is not Dead: A Night of Stories, Insights and Stories

Date/Time: 6th of November at 5:30pm

Location: Tapyard, Warehouse 34 Hoults Yard Byker NE6 2HL

An evening celebrating the heart of everything we do- Print.

Join us for an inspiring evening dedicated to the power and passion of printed media. Hear from publishers. From a newcomer, just launching their second issue, to a seasoned creator with over a decade in print, as they share their personal journeys, challenges, and what drew them to the world of independent publishing.

Following these talks, we’ll welcome a diverse panel of four professionals in addition to our publishers, each connected to print in unique ways. From a paper specialist to a fashion graduate, a freelance designer, and a university lecturer, they’ll share their insights on the future of print, and how it continues to shape their creative paths.

Between presentations, grab a drink from the bar, chat with fellow attendees, and take the opportunity to network, connect, and discover something new.

This evening has been curated as an educational and inspirational event, a space for Northeast creatives to share their stories, celebrate print, and inspire the next generation of makers, designers, and dreamers (that’s you!).

This event is perfect for students still studying or recent graduates looking for their next steps in the creative world. Come along, connect with like-minded people, and see true talent and inspiration for yourself.
