Services

VRV Group offers a wide range of services:

Provision of City Data

The VNG model provides developers and architects with the means to assess the impact of design proposals within their urban context.

Various sizes of data are available for the areas of Newcastle and Gateshead.

For further information please contact Dr. James Charlton on 0191 227 4795 or james.charlton@northumbria.ac.uk

3D printing

Bridge _modelAlthough VNG is a digital model, it is possible to send the files to our ZCorp 3D printer so that a physical model can be made. The models can be printed in monochrome or in full colour. Our model maker can then add context detail if required.

For further information please contact Dr. James Charlton on 0191 227 4795 or james.charlton@northumbria.ac.uk

View Analysis

LoststudyblueAn innovative graphical method of assessing the impact of a new development is to create a 'view analysis' image.  As can be seen on the image, the blue portions are the areas that the proposal building (St James Park) can be seen from. (please add the image here)

For further information please contact Dr. James Charlton on 0191 227 4795 or james.charlton@northumbria.ac.uk

Model Insertion

Model _insIf you already have a 3D model of your building and you want to obtain strategic views - it is possible to send the model to us and we can provide you with as many views as you require.

For further information please contact Dr. James Charlton on 0191 227 4795 or james.charlton@northumbria.ac.uk
