Solicitor Higher Apprenticeship Online Information Session

-

Since 2018, Northumbria University has been proud to deliver the Solicitor Higher Apprenticeship — one of the most effective ways for organisations to grow their own solicitor workforce, whether by recruiting new legal talent or upskilling existing staff into fully qualified solicitors.

The programme continues to go from strength to strength, and ahead of our application deadline at the end of June, we would like to invite you to an upcoming Information Session:

📅 Date: Wednesday, 6 May 2026

🕙 Time: 10:00am – 11:00am

💻 Platform: Microsoft Teams

This session welcomes new organisations keen to explore the programme, as well as existing partners who have experienced the value it brings and are looking to further grow their solicitor talent base with the support of Northumbria University's Law School.

During the session, we will cover:

• Programme overview and structure

• Costs and funding, including the apprenticeship levy

• The application process and key deadlines

• Employer obligations and what to expect

Please register your place using the Booking button below — the Teams joining link will be sent to you upon registration:
