MSc Cyber Security

Department: Computer Science and Digital Technologies

Despite the growth in the ICT sector, there is a well-documented shortage of skilled information security professionals able to deal with the global increase in cyber-attacks. Northumbria University's 2 year part-time MSc in Cyber Security is designed to give you the skills needed to fill this skills gap, including how to handle security incidents, identifying new and existing threats, and methods to minimise them. Our MSc Business with Financial Management provides the opportunity for you to build your business knowledge and develop your understanding of the role of finance in modern organisations. You will be introduced to financial statements and consider the international context of finance and its associated areas of risk in addition to learning about international financial markets, investments, and mergers and acquisitions to allow you to focus on this subject area.
