Bike Servicing

We hold regular Dr Bike sessions (delivered by the Cycle Hub) and bike security tagging sessions across the University.

City Campus sessions take place outside at the central quad outside Student Central on a nice day, or inside the Atrium at Sport Central on a rainy day in the Quad outside the Students’ Union from 11.00-13.00.

At Coach Lane the sessions happen outside reception on a nice day, and inside reception/hub area on a rainy day. Students and staff at Coach Lane campus can arrange for Dr Bike to visit them at Coach Lane by emailing workshop@thecyclehub.org.

Cycle pumps and bike maintenance kits

You can access cycle pumps in the secure staff cycle stores on campus should your tyres be a bit deflated, and bike maintenance kits can be borrowed from the Security Offices at both City and Coach Lane campuses.

Cycle Tagging

Come along to have your bike security tagged by free thanks to the University’s Security team and the local police.  You can also pick up a free cycle lock.

Our next cycle tagging events will be confirmed soon.  In the meantime, you can visit the Security Office to ask for your cycle to be tagged.
