Timetabling information for Students

Teaching Timetables

2019/20 (September 2019- December 2019)

Continuing student timetables covering the period shown above will be released on Friday 30 August 2019.

Students new to Northumbria will be issued a timetable during Welcome Week (week commencing 23 September 2019), within two working days of completing their enrolment.

If you cannot see your timetable after two working days following your enrolment please speak to a member of staff at any Ask4Help service point.

Please note that your timetable may change after publication however we will endeavour to keep changes to a minimum. Please check your timetable at regular intervals.

Personal, room and module timetables for students are available via this link.

Northumbria University teaching timetables will provide you with your scheduled activities including times, locations, teaching staff and the weeks in which activities take place. You can access individual timetables in the following ways: 

  • MyNorthumbria - your Student Portal landing page
  • Online Timetable Report
    • This report can be used to view:
      • Your personal timetable
      • Module timetables
      • Programme timetables
      • Room timetables
  • Via the NU Connect App

You can also use this link and save this to your mobile deivce.

Your individual teaching timetable can also be viewed within your Office 365 Calendar, providing a consolidated view of your teaching and non-teaching activities presented in Office 365 calendar format.

Whichever method you choose to view your timetable you'll always be able to view a timetable that can be accessed from wherever and whenever you like.

Students can refer to timetable Help & Support articles within the Student Portal for further help and guidance.

Please refer to the “Change of timetable group” article for guidelines on how to request a change of group.
