Student Testimonials

“The best thing about my programme was that it provided me with a comprehensive knowledge about food science, as well as well-rounded development in different professional areas.  Through conducting scientific studies and practices in a well-equipped food laboratory that I got to know the importance of food safety and quality to society and my whole life. Throughout the year, the programme had held various food testing practices, exhibitions and exchanges, and alumni sharing sessions, which enabled me to explore various career paths. I was impressed by excellent professors and fellow classmates who have been very inspiring and helpful.”

- Eric Liu, BSc (Hons) Food Science and Nutrition

“My programme will help me achieve my career goals by offering me an interactive learning environment which has not only widened my exposure, but also equipped me with good analytical and problem-solving skills. I strongly believe that these skills play an important role in my future development.”

Philip Cheng, BA (Hons) Business and International Management
