i2i SOCCER AT NORTHUMBRIA UNIVERSITY

The Northumbria University and i2i International Soccer Academy partnership allows us to offer aspiring male and female student-athletes the unique opportunity of combining academic study with their passion for soccer, preparing them for a range of careers in and out of the soccer and sports industries.

Timetabling and design of each degree course and the accompanying professional-level soccer development programme - which is coached by UEFA PRO Coaches, A Licensed Coaches and former English Premier League and International players - is done in such a way that allows for maximum time in the classroom and on the pitch.

Our student-athletes can expect to train up 5 days a week, totalling 15 hours per week, whilst also competing in league and showcase fixtures against professional and semi-professional teams, spanning a 9-month soccer season.
