Ecology, Conservation and Society (ECoS)

Our group examines the interactions between people and nature, from local to global scales. We research the pressing challenges of the Anthropocene- such as climate change and extinction, wildlife crime, and the crisis in mental health- examining their causes, impacts, linkages, and solutions.

We welcome prospective applicants for visiting or research fellowship schemes funded by the Royal Society, the UK’s Natural Environment Research Council, Marie Curie, the Leverhulme Trust, and other organisations. Please feel free to email one of us directly, or send an enquiry to the leads below.
