Meet The Team

The Management of Long-Term Conditions group is a multidisciplinary team improving physical function and quality of life for adults and older adults living with chronic conditions. Working across clinical and community settings, we develop and test complex interventions for conditions including stroke, cardiac disease, COPD, Parkinson's Disease, musculoskeletal disease, long COVID-19, and chronic pain, with particular strengths in behaviour change, clinical biomechanics, and digital technology for pre-habilitation and rehabilitation.
