We want to continue to make sure that you are in control of your accommodation booking. Our guarantees to you are here to make our position clear, to answer any questions you have and to give you the confidence you need to secure your accommodation booking for the 2020/21 academic year.

OUR GUARANTEES

  • If you book accommodation for September 2020 but are unable to attend the University due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, we will refund the full advance rent payment.
  • If you don’t get a Visa to study in the UK, or if your pre-sessional English course is cancelled, we will cancel your booking at your request.
  • Not accepted? No worries. If you do not meet the requirements of your course offer with Northumbria, we will refund your advance rent payment.
  • Flexible payments: Apart from the £250 advance rent, there are no other upfront costs. Rent payments are split into three instalments which fall in line with the dates of your maintenance loan payments. Other payment options are available.*
  • Northumbria community. Book a room with us and we guarantee you'll be living exclusively with other Northumbria students.

Our accommodation team remains available to guide you through the booking process (contact us), and our on site teams are working hard to ensure that our buildings are as safe for you at this time as they have always been. We look forward to welcoming you in September.
