Newcastle Business School delivers first class teaching in a world class environment.

Known as 'City Campus East', our home comprises 24,000 square metres of purpose designed academic accommodation at the cutting edge of design and technology. It has received high acclaim, having been named as the North East Landmark of The Year.

From social spaces, to classrooms, lecture theatres, hub areas and exhibition space, the facilities within Newcastle Business School are exceptional.

The ground floor contains our largest Harvard style lecture theatres, accommodating up to 400 people. As well as this, we have a break out Thumb Loungearea which can be transformed into a thriving exhibition space. Our café area offers a wide range of catering options from restaurant style food, to our deli, and even a Starbucks.

Our 2nd floor is predominantly used by our Business School Undergraduate Students, who have access to a large suite of computers, as well as teaching and seminar space. Also on the second floor is Newcastle Business School’s cutting edge Bloomberg Trading Room, which allows students who want to train and learn how to use real time and historical financial news and information.

In addition to this, our ground floor is where our Student Engagement Centre can be found, which is designed to enhance the student learning experience and career prospects. It does this by promoting all types of experiential learning, including volunteering, internships, placements, overseas study and business and law clinics, all of which have a very positive impact upon student employability.

Our 4th floor contains our dedicated postgraduate suite with teaching rooms, IT labs and a comfortable lounge area where you can work in groups, independently or simply relax over a coffee. As well as this, we have a corporate hub, which is often used by the many businesses with which we work.

We would love to welcome you to Newcastle Business School and show you these fantastic facilities. If you’d like to visit us, please get in touch.
