Postgraduate Research

Jiacheng -weiEpoxy resins are particularly useful as matrix resins for the advanced composites that are essential structural materials in both commercial and military fields. Grpahene is employed as effective reinforcement fillers for polymer matrix because of its excellent mechanical properties .

Exploration of property enhancement of graphene in epoxy matrix is rapidly advancing. Current research  status suggest that more work should be done on graphene dispersion and processing techniques to understand the relationship between graphene dispersion and final properties.
