Hayoto Yokata _pathway _255Why did you choose Northumbria University?

I have studied in England before and wanted to continue to study develop my English in this country. I want to study sports management and know the course at Northumbria is good.

 

What do you like about your course? 

The course is challenging my English skills but this is allowing me to improve. .

 

Why is the course important to you?  How will the IFP help you for your future studies?

By completing the course I will be able to progress onto my undergraduate course. The IFP course will improve my essay writing and reading skills for the future.

 

What is the most challenging aspect of the IFP?

Writing essays – knowing the structure and format for essays.

 

What have you learnt from the IFP so far?

My English speaking and listening skills have improved since starting the course.

 

What do you like about the teaching staff?

Steven is very good at teaching how to structure and write essays, focussing on the details to include.

 

What do you like about each of your modules?

The reading and writing courses are hard but I can see that I’m improving.
