How we work

The legal advice and assistance we offer is provided to the public free of charge. There may be circumstances where a client’s case requires the payment of a third-party cost e.g. court fees. If these become necessary, we will discuss these with you in advance.

  • Qualified and experienced lawyers supported by third year law students, studying at Northumbria University, work on real cases with real clients.
  • We are an independent and confidential service.
  • We can deal with all aspects of a case from advice to representing clients at a Tribunal or Court hearing.
