Logo ERDF_Col _LandscapeSge _offersStudent and Graduate Enterprise is a unique service providing free enterprise skills training and start up support across the University’s community of students and graduates. 

We specialise in assisting a wide range of enterprises in starting up their own business and also offer enterprise workshops and Enterprise Placements.

Northumbria University is ranked third in the UK for graduate start-ups based on estimated turnover and the number of jobs created (HEBCIS 2014/15). Northumbria has supported the development of more than 100 companies since 2009. The companies employ over 1,000 staff and have a combined turnover of £66.7 million.

Start-up Hatchery

Student and Graduate Enterprise can provide free office space in our Business Start-up Hatchery. The space will include free ICT, telephone access and other facilities such as free access to meeting rooms.
