With the support of Santander Universities UK, and the Sir James Knott Trust our Incubator opened in 2019. Innovation Northumbria is a purpose-built hub for enterprise at Northumbria providing free high-quality co-working space to students and graduates enabling them to explore their ideas and grow their businesses, in a supportive environment.
Open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-10pm the Incubator is where you will find our Student and Graduate Enterprise team and specialist advisors and is home to 100+ student and graduate businesses. Use of the space is via approved smartcard access.
The Incubator develops Northumbria's growing reputation as a leading entrepreneurial institution and provides opportunities for alumni, local businesses, investors etc. to engage with and support the University.
