Ross has 26+ years industry experience, having held Senior Commercial roles in two Fortune 300 multinationals and has spent the last 20+ years working with 1000+ businesses around the UK (and internationally), ranging from start-ups to multi-8 figure global AIM-listed PLC’s across manufacturing, services and digital/technology.
He regularly works closely with a range of Boards to drive aggressive revenue and profit growth and is an experienced Non-Executive Director with several current NED roles on the Boards of companies in various sectors, including professional services, healthcare, manufacturing and education.
Ross has worked with Northumbria University since 2009 and delivers 1:1 mentoring and specialist workshops in the key areas associated with growing and scaling a business.
